APIA informs the public that our Energy Assistance plan has been submitted to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Our Energy Assistance program includes the long-standing federal program, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Please submit any comments, questions or concerns to Jacob Timmons, Division Administrator, at JacobT@apiai.org . We will respond to all comments. We are able to take action on comments in the form of a plan amendment until November 1, 2023. Comments received after November 1, 2023 will be documented but action will not be taken until the following plan period.
