Training Assistance
Includes leadership opportunities, On-the-Job Placement (OJP), internships and vocational training up to 24 months (non-concurrent) can be eligible for some stipend and/or training funding.
Eligibility Requirements
Must demonstrate a need for assistance and meet low income guidelines.
Communities/Tribes Served
Provide a tribal card documenting membership in a federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native tribe AND be living in one of our 10 regional communities; OR
Provide tribal membership documentation as an enrolled tribal member of Akutan, Atka, Agdaagux, Belkofski, False Pass, Nikolski, Nelson Lagoon, Pauloff Harbor, St. George, St. Paul, Qawalangin, Unga and QTT and reside in any Alaskan community or U.S. city.
