Employment Supportive Services

Supportive Services helps participants gain volunteer and work experience to increase marketable job skills and build resumes and cover letters to obtain full-time, usubsidized employment after the training period.

Supported Work Experience

CITC places participants in job positions with community partner organizations for a specified period of time. During that time, CITC will pay a portion or all of a participant’s salary while they gain valuable employment experience.

Volunteer Work Experience

Volunteer Work Experience links participants with appropriate Community work service opportunities and job sites.

On-the-Job Training

On-the-Job Training is an employer-based training program designed to help partiicpants with some work experience gain additional skills that will allow for increased or better employment opportunities.
