Adult Employment Services

Assistance for eligible, enrolled tribal members with job searches, resume development, interview preparation, referrals to employers, job development, group training, work experience and community service, counselling and referrals, relocation for training, education and and/or employment, child care assistance, transportation (as reasonable, necessary and affordable), and work clothing/tools/uniforms/supplies and cash assistance prior to first receipt of payroll.

Eligibility Requirements

All tribal members. Must demonstrate a need and meet low income guidelines for financial resource services.

Communities/Tribes Served

Provide a tribal card documenting membership in a federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native tribe AND be living in one of our 10 regional communities; OR

Provide tribal membership documentation as an enrolled tribal member of Akutan, Atka, Belkofski, False Pass, Nikolski, Nelson Lagoon, Pauloff Harbor, and Unga and reside in any Alaskan community or U.S. city.
