Regional Elder Discussion Committee

The Elder Program is currently facilitating and coordinating the Regional Elder Discussion Committee. This committee was vital in supporting the efforts of the 2016 Tribal Eldercare Services Summit and will continue to meet and is a critical component in:

  • Sharing progress in the development of Eldercare services
  • Sharing of Best Practices across communities
  • Engaging communities
  • Inspiring creativity and innovation in solutions
  • Advocating on behalf of Elders
  • Identifying needed resources
  • Fostering partnerships among stakeholders
